The ISM Middle East, a trade fair for sweets and snacks, takes place in Dubai from 7th to 9th November, 2023.

Following the success of yummex, it has returned under the new brand name "ISM Middle East" since 2022. This further strengthened its important position as the leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks at the Dubai location in the Middle East and its neighbouring regions. The Gulfood Manufacturing event, which is staged simultaneously, also allows exhibitors and visitors to benefit from even greater business synergies.

A German joint booth is sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).
